The personal data you provide are necessary for the obligations required by law, specifically, two areas are distinguished

Navigation data:

The computer systems responsible for the operation of the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

The data, collected in this way, could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes against the website.

Data provided directly by the user:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data as requested by various sections of the website indicated above are used in order to process the user’s requests (example only indicative and not exhaustive: when you request information or clarification by writing to the e-mail addresses present on the homepage or in the internal pages of the site or when you make direct calls to the numbers present in the « contacts » section).

Data provided directly by the user during the subscription to the Newsletter:
Personal, identifying and IT data collected from data subjects, object of the processing, are used directly to comply with the request to send the newsletter and its registration on the mailing list concerning information messages and commercial and promotional communications related to the activity carried out by the Data Controller, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and the provisions of law.

Nature of data collection

Navigation data are processed as necessary for the implementation of IT and telematic protocols.
The provision of personal data by users is free and optional in the use of contacts, the form on the contact page and in the subscription to the newsletter, however, any refusal to reply makes it impossible for the data controller to process the requests for contact and/ or sending of the newsletter.

Treatment and storage methods
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (art. 33-36 of the Code) in the matter of security measures, by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/ 679.
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of the functionality of inserting the aforementioned data, your personal data will be stored for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

Communication and dissemination scope
We also inform you that the data collected will never be disseminated and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other entities for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data
Your data will not be transferred neither to Member States of the European Union nor to third countries outside the European Union. 

Special categories of personal data

Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling
Luniwash s.a.s. di Carlo Nava & C. based in Mulazzo (MS), Località Boceda – 54026 does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Rights of data subject
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;
b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
d) obtain restriction of processing;

  1. e) obtain the portability of data, that is to say, receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and readable by an automatic device format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
    f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
    g) oppose an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling.
    h) ask the Data Controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
  2. i) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
    j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Consent

Pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to the processing of the aforementioned data is necessary as they are collected outside of previous contractual agreements and for the sending of newsletters concerning commercial and promotional communications.

Please note that the consent is considered freely given by flagging the I agree consent box during the subscription to the newsletter and during the contact phase. Failing this, it will not be possible to subscribe to the newsletter service and / or receive information.
