• Solid frame in high thickness steel, sandblasted and painted with epoxy paint to which are fixed, on high, four suspensions holding the swinging block (washing tank and drum) and permitting to simply set the machine on a base without fixing it.
• Frontal plate COMPLETELY IN STAINLESS AISI 304.
• Drum in stainless steel AISI 304 with frontal partitions, clockwise and anticlockwise centring, very dense boring also on the internal planes to permit a better circulation of chemical products.
• Handy container for chemical products with two stainless steel AISI 316 boxes for powder detrgents and two PVC boxes for liquid additives (3 in the microprocessor version). The first stainless steel box is provided with a button which permits its manual functioning in every moment. The container is also provided with a special inlet for the connection to an automatic detergent distributing box.
• Three different levels for each water inlet: hot and cold (third water valve optional).
• Manual functioning with possibility to intervene also during an automatic cycle.
• Maximum speed gradually reached by means of the fluid coupling which allows a lower absorption of current at the take off.

  The punched card version is provided with a 20 tracks programmer and with two different digital thermoregulators to control the temperature.

  The Microprocessor (PLC Siemens) is mass produced with: 20 programs capacity, hot and cold water mixing at a desired temperature, independent temperature in every phase of the cycle, cool down, reduced mechanical action for delicate cycle, gradual raising of the wash temperature, presenting for a connection with a detergent distibuting box (8 mass produced inlets. Further 8 optional).
  The WASHER EXTRACTOR is controlled by a CHECK CONTROLL which, in the case of a anomaly, signals to the operator by means of an intermittent sound and a message on the keyboard, the relative cause, stopping the cycle.
